I gave blood today #RedCross #Blood #Save3People
Give Blood
To learn more about blood donation opportunities, visit www.redcrossblood.org orcall 1-800-GIVE-LIFE (1-800-448-3543). Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. There is no substitute for your donation.
When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group. Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood.
From its beginning, the American Red Cross has formed a community of service, of generous, strong and decent people bound by beliefs beyond themselves. The American Red Cross blood donor embodies this principle. Please join us in our mission to maintain a safe and stable blood supply by making your appointment to donate blood today.

My youngest found this mini leaf collection in the front yard while she and her big sister were playing.

Piles of pine needles pepper the pavement.
Fall and pine trees lead to the collection of pine cones and pine needles. This pile was found growing around the base of a frequently visited pine tree. Has no one seen this growing?

The GrandCentral website is shutting down – GrandCentral is now Google Voice.
Dear GrandCentral User:
We’re writing to let you know that we will be closing down the GrandCentral website as of December 31, 2009.
All GrandCentral accounts were upgraded to Google Voice earlier this year, but since that time, you’ve still been able to log-in to your GrandCentral account and listen to old messages there. You will no longer be able to log-in to your GrandCentral account after December 31. Because of this, we strongly suggest downloading any messages or contacts that you want to keep in the next 43 days.
We will send you another reminder before closing down the site, but we suggest you take action now to download any information you want to keep.
- The Google Voice Team
You’ve received this mandatory service announcement email to update you about important changes to your GrandCentral account.

New profile picture for Montina
I took picture on our digital camera. Montina did some adjustments in both Corel Paint Shop Pro. I finalized it on the iPhone with Tiffen’s Cool FX app and The Best Camera app.
I really have no idea why we used the apps that we did. It just happened that way. Montina picked Corel Paint Shop Pro instead of Photoshop. She emailed the picture to me and asked me to do some iPhone photo editing magic. The best treatment came from Tiffen’s Cool FX app and The Best Camera app.
